The Office ID's template download is a simple "Word" document which uses five text boxes to create five styles of typical name card inserts. The text boxes are 8.5" wide by 2.2" in height. Simply highlight the text in the box which most suits your needs. Then type in your own information. You can copy each style into other boxes for consistency. You can also change typestyle or text color and import graphics into boxed-off areas. If you feel more creative, simply use the blank template to insert any text style or graphic. The set of five text boxes is aligned to coordinate with the perforated card stock available from Office ID's. You can also use your own heavy paper/card stock and cut the name plates apart by hand.
